Grace Baxter

Hey all! My name is Grace. I am new to Altus, recently relocated from Washington state on my husband's military orders. I am a new military spouse, and a dog mom of 1. In my spare time, I enjoy singing, line or swing dancing, or taking naps!

 

I am a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University with my master's degree in social work. My bachelor's degrees are in psychology and children's studies, as well as a certificate in child and family support. I am currently an LMSW-Provisional, meaning that I am under supervision to get my independent social work license.

I have 4 years of experience in the mental health field, with 2 years working with at-risk youth, and 2 years as a crisis clinician. Although I am still learning, I am passionate about my work and am excited for the growth opportunities to come. I enjoy working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. Getting this job was landing one of my dream jobs. I am so happy to be here and to be available and present for you and your families!
